Community Engineering was founded in 1953 as Municipal Consulting Services and then
continued as MCS Associates, Inc. until 2006.  Today, we operate as Community Engineering & Surveying and we continue to provide the same quality service that has been established more than 50 years ago.  

Community Engineering is a civil engineering and surveying company specializing in
residential, commercial and industrial site designs.  With professional expertise in site layouts, site grading, and utility designs, we pride ourselves on preparing the highest quality products in
